A nice little video from Volvo Cars UK, sponsors of Volvo Team for Life which features several of the British Olympic sailing team. The video features sailors in the team like Paul Goodison and Sarah Ayton talking about their fitness regimes and how important fitness is to the sport.
Volvo Team for life is part of Volvo Cars UK commitment to many levels of British sailing. The company is heavily involved at a grass roots level as well as having a presence at big events like the J P Morgan Asset Management Round the Island Race and of course there is a link globally to the Volvo Ocean Race.
